Rules for calculating the amount of token each member can claim
According to the quality of the member's account (no. of casting + no. of engagement received + account creation time + number of followers), the amount of token that can be claimed by each member depends on the tier of that member.

Description:
- Registration Duration: Calculates the time difference between the account registration date and the snapshot date UTC 16:00 27 Oct 2024.
- Average Value Calculation: Calculate the average value of the total number of posts and engagements received by calculating the registration length based on the registration date.
- Average = total number of times ÷ (registration length ÷ 30)
- Condition Matching: According to the criteria for classification of levels, the HIGHER tier is taken if any one of the conditions between the registration length and the number of followers reaches a certain tier, the HIGHER tier is taken if any one of the conditions between the average number of casts and the average number of engagements received reaches a certain tier, and the final tier is taken to be the LOWER of the tiers of the two. (i.e., the relationship between the length of registration and the number of followers is ‘or’, the relationship between the average number of posts and the average number of engagements received is ‘or’, and ultimately the relationship between the two is ‘and’).

When each Member successfully claimed X tokens, the same number of tokens is given immediately to the corresponding mod.
